We're told that pain and trauma are a curriculum, reincarnation serves our evolution, karma must be repaid—and if we don't learn what we came here to learn, we'll have to come back and do it again.
But how are we supposed to learn lessons we can't remember choosing, or repay karmic debts we can't remember incurring while the memory wipe leaves us accumulating more? And why would any school erase its students' memories and then condemn them to repetition for failing?
In this video, I question the logic and morality behind one of the New Age's most pervasive beliefs—and ask whether Earth School is really education at all, or a spiritual justification for exploitation, suffering and a far more sinister reincarnation agenda.

New Age Spirituality teaches us to reach beyond ourselves for help, while rarely questioning who—or what—is answering, whether they are who they claim to be, or what they may want in return.
Drawing on my own experiences, I explore the potential dangers of opening your energetic field to unknown discarnate beings: impersonation, entity attachment, energetic interference, manufactured consent and the gradual outsourcing of your intuition and inner authority.
Because even if a being appears loving, powerful or familiar, that doesn’t make it trustworthy—and no spiritual title, mythology or celestial sales pitch is proof of its true nature, allegiance or agenda.
Before you ask something outside yourself for help, ask yourself what you might be giving it access to.

Your shadow doesn’t just influence who you are psychologically—it shapes how you live, create & express yourself as a soul.
In Soul & Shadow, we go beyond the psychological understanding of the shadow to explore its deeper spiritual significance: how suppressing our needs, gifts and authentic expression—and living through versions of ourselves created to survive—fragments the psyche and pulls our human embodiment out of alignment with ourselves as souls and our soul blueprint, diverting us onto lower timelines.
As souls, we are creator beings. When we are fragmented, our creative power becomes fragmented too. Internal conflict is reflected in our external reality—affecting what we create, what we manifest and the timelines we experience.
Coming into wholeness, coherence and soul alignment is more than healing. It expands our capacity to access and express the consciousness, creativity, gifts, knowledge, wisdom and power available to us as souls. The more deeply you know your shadow, the more deeply you know yourself as a soul—and the more you can access the vastness of everything you are.

Is the body a straitjacket on the soul?

When unresolved wounds and protector parts within the shadow keep it scanning for danger from within, while the Matrix keeps it in chronic survival mode through threats, crises, scarcity, competition and distraction from without, how much space and energy is left for soul remembrance, authentic expression, intuition, discernment and expansion of consciousness—and is this by design?
Was the human body deliberately modified to restrict the consciousness and psychic capacities of the soul?
I explore the nervous system as both gate and gatekeeper to consciousness, determining our capacity for expansion—and why nervous system regulation is crucial to spiritual development, discernment, soul remembrance, soul alignment, authentic expression and expanded consciousness.

Emotions are energy in motion—designed to be felt, processed and allowed to move through us.
But when we suppress, numb, intellectualise or spiritually bypass what we feel, the emotional charge doesn’t necessarily disappear—it can remain held in the body. From a spiritual perspective, unresolved emotions can keep us tethered to old wounds and survival strategies, unconsciously shaping our present reality, while stuck, stagnant emotional energy may cause energetic blockages or manifest as dis-ease.
Emotional regulation isn’t about becoming less emotional. It’s about developing the nervous system capacity to feel without being consumed by what we feel—so the past no longer carries the same emotional charge and the energy once used to suppress our wounds becomes available for authentic expression, soul alignment and expansion of consciousness.
